How to access the Company Contacts (Directory) on a Yealink desk phone

This article will help you to access the Company Contacts (Directory) on a Yealink desk phone

INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE COMPANY CONTACTS (DIRECTORY) ON A YEALINK DESK PHONE

1. Press the Directory button or Directory icon on the screen (normally a book or folder icon). If you do not have a Directory button, you can access the Directory area on the phone via the Menu.
2. Use the arrow keys or touch screen to select Remote Phone Book.
3. Choose Company_Contacts (note if the contacts are not present or not up to date, please choose the Update option).
4. Scroll through the contacts to find the contact you are looking for or use the dial pad to start typing the contact’s name, for example press 2 for A/B/C, 3 for D/E/F, etc.
5. Scroll to the required contact using the arrow keys or touch screen.
